I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

This was my first property purchase. I had 2 solicitors handling the transaction ( as one left the business prior to exchange / completion ); both were very helpful and responsive when I had any questions either by phone or email. It was also a real benefit to be able to track the progress online / via the app at all times.

Simply your the best. We used you thru a recommendation. I have to say, you were amazing to deal with. Via the online portal we were kept informed at every stage. To where we were at, our buyers & our sellers. As well as when the various searches came in Environment, Drains etc. All done on line Via email & text to our phones. Kim was our Excellent, friendly Lawyer, again, she was always at the end of the phone, should we have a query. Simply Conveyancing were way better than using a Solicitor, who you can never get hold off. Thank you to All Jeff & Mary

Recommended by my Estate Agent SC provided an excellent service. Their online portal is a dream to use and although it requires a couple of hours to input the data it is worth while. I should mention that my solicitor (Karen) was particularly helpful during the period of contract exchange/completion period. If the other parties in the chain had acted as professionally as Karen then the stress of buying our new home would have been less stressful. You may not always experience a smooth house purchase but SC will do their best to guide you through the process.

The service we received was excellent. Amandeep in particular was very thorough. Her communication with us was clear and we always had a quick response. She was very professional and worked amazingly hard communicating with our chain. She was always there for us when we had questions about the selling process and made it as easy as possible for us even though we were not in the same country at the time.
