Very easy and efficient service
Easy to obtain quote and book a pick up time. Chap that cam to collect called me 1 hour before he was due to arrive, and arrived on time. Very nice man, gave me the relevant paper work and hooked up car and left. A very good experience, even if I was sad to see the car go !!
Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent Service from start to finish. Received quote on line & accepted. Booked collection, recovery firm collected car from my home. They were. Very friendly & efficient, advising me to complete log book to provide to DVLA. 3 hours later the money was in my bank. Very easy & stress free.

Professional and helpful
I had referred my car for scrap to a local breaker who in my opinion were playing me as after 4 weeks of waiting I informed them Id go elsewhere. So I picked this business and it went like a dream. I did the application got a return email, phoned them regard an issue and very helpful. Available when I wanted, got a pre phonecall. Guy was brilliant, no humming and hawing just got it on the trailer and away. Money straight into my account same day. On that experience I recommend them and 5 stars.

The pick up man, Aaron, was exceptional in his efforts to gain access to the passenger door (as it had been wedged against a bush for 6 months) and he clearly explained the process and what would happen next. Indeed, the overall experience was exceptional.

Easy smooth process start to finish
Easy smooth process start to finish! The website had good information, about the procedure and the ethical aims of the company. I received a firm price for my car - no haggling, no transaction fee - which compared well with other car buying companies. I was able to provide bank details and book a convenient slot for pick up from my home. Truck arrived bang on time, driver confirmed what he needed to do, loaded the car, checked ID and left. Website explained how to notify DVLA - took less than five minutes. The purchase price was in my bank later the same day. Highly recommended service.

The overall process was easy and I was happy
The overall process was easy and I was very satisfied, the driver who took the car away was polite and helpful.One problem was I stayed in from 12pm to 6-30pm and no one turned and no phone call to let me know. Phoned driver to find out and said he was out of time and I should have been contacted. Phoned in the morning to reschedule and had to explain why,they did not know. Rebooked pick up, no apology for my wasted 6 hours. Apart from that I would use again and recommend
