Scap Car Comparison provided the best offer having contacted a few companies directly for quotes - a non-running Volvo XC60. Communication was very good at every stage (Email/Text/Phone) and I was paid on the day of collection as promised - I will admit I had my fingers crossed having never used/heard of them before but comforted by the large number of very positive Trustpilot reviews. Would definitely use again (hopefully won't need to) and recommend.

Although they responded quickly the company that they said would contact me within 24 hours didn't in fact contact me for over two weeks. I happened to be out at the time and a message was left asking me to contact them. I have tried several times, having to leave a message each time but still 6 weeks later no one has got back to me. So we still have the car sitting on the drive.
