Scap Car Comparison provided the best offer having contacted a few companies directly for quotes - a non-running Volvo XC60. Communication was very good at every stage (Email/Text/Phone) and I was paid on the day of collection as promised - I will admit I had my fingers crossed having never used/heard of them before but comforted by the large number of very positive Trustpilot reviews. Would definitely use again (hopefully won't need to) and recommend.

Terrible. They had booked me in with three scrap car companies without telling me. I wanted to cancel the service because someone local had gave me more than their lowball offer. They refused to cancel for me. I called the first two and they didn't even tell me about the third. They called me telling me they were expecting to pick my car up and I had to tell them no it's already gone. Edit: What good is that to me now? You just want me to waste more of my time?

They put me in contact with a company to take my car away, who gave me a fair price for my car. It was all done in good time and I was kept updated. When the car was picked up, I talked with the dealer on the phone.The money was paid straight into my bank and even the declaring with DVL was sorted.

Shocking service. Made arrangements for a collection, even though the earliest was a week away... Then on the day after no contact from the company, I chased a collection time, was told it "Was Cancelled"... not by me but by the local driver! If you want your car collecting on the arranged day, do not use these
