Lots off faffing and finally recieved the correct model 14 days late.

irstly, the TV has yet to be installed, but all looks good. However, there were several issues with actually getting the order. Place the order on the 19th, states it will be dispatched on the 26th. Not an issue. Tried to call them to ask a technical question and confirm the delivery date as we have to book the bathroom fitters but no one answers the phone. Emailed on the 30th to ask where the TV is and they confirmed it will be sent "this week" (even though ti says dispatch will be the 26th. Finally arrived on the 3rd, but the wrong model. Did actually managed to get through to someone on the phone who confirmed that they will send someone to pick up the wrong model the next day, and as soon as it has been picked up they will send out a replacement. Pick up on the 4th and I also confirmed via email that it has been picked up. Received a tracking number. For the couple of days , DPD tracking stated that they do not have the parcel yet. Continually had to chase them to find out where the TV was, as I have the bathroom fitter waiting. On the 6th, they confirmed that if it had not arrived by the 10th, they would send out another TV to arrive the next day. Suddenly on the evening of the 9th DPD tracking number (the one for the original replacement they send out) said they had the parcel and and it arrived on the 10th. So obviously someone found it somewhere. All in all, a lot of chasing and faffing about. They were very apologetic, and I understand things go wrong but it wouldn't have been so bad if they had kept me informed and answered the phone. Fingers crossed it all works OK once installed!

Great TV - Well Packaged - Great Support Services

TV was promptly delivered in very well protected packaging. Installation instructions were very clear and concise. The TV has enhanced the bathroom and undoubtedly help create a relaxing haven. The picture quality is excellent with the added bonus of being a mirror when the screen is switched off. Unfortunately the water proof remote failed after a couple of months but was promptly replaced free of charge by the Sarason Sales Team causing minimal inconvenience. I would highly recommend and certainly consider purchasing another unit if ever we have to remodel any other bathrooms.

I have just done my bathroom and installed one of these TV's. Really easy to install, very flush and such a great quality TV, the family and I love it!

I ordered a new remote as old one…

I ordered a new remote as old one stopped working on my 10 year old Sarason tv , However Royal Mail lost package , I contacted sarason tv who quickly sent me another one . Great customer service ! Would definitely recommend .

Fantastic service and great product.

Fantastic service and great product. TV was fitted in bathroom just over 12 months ago and worked well with no issues. Recently joined Netflix and attempted to access it on bathroom TV but wouldn’t play. Contacted Jay who identified that it needed a software update which was sent by email very quickly. The only issue for me was the fact that it needed to be downloaded onto a USB stick which was difficult for us as we only have iPads (NO fault of Sarason...). Jay patiently monitored our progress and was very helpful as the update took place. We now have a fully functioning waterproof TV which looks good on the wall, on or off. Jay went above and beyond and we would certainly buy from Sarason again.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Good customer service. Brought a TV 18 months ago and still looks and works great. The remote stopped working a few weeks ago and the company sent me one straight away free,how fantastic is that?? Will always use them in future and recommend to others.

My TV bathroom mirror screen broke

My TV bathroom mirror screen broke, few months ago. However, Jay organised it to be collected and have the TV fixed. Unfortunately, when the TV was delivered back to me, the screen was damaged. This happened on three occasions. It was no fault of Jay, it was the delivery people in my area. Finally, I got my TV back in one piece. Throughout all this, Jay had remained professional and made sure I was happy with the goods, there customer service is excellent; one of the best!! Thank you Jay

A+ 5 star service. Bought 2 televisions, had a problem with 1 which was 2 years old and out of warranty. Has been collected fixed and returned. Quality TV, quality service and fantastic communication from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Second review as first mysteriously…

Second review as first mysteriously disappeared. Does not come preloaded with any of the more common apps, Netflix, Disney etc. Unable to download the apps from play store as the TV is not a Google Certified product and so is prevented from downloading from play store . Have tried and tried to load from native websites ie bypassing play store but cannot work out how to acknowledge cookies when dialogue box pops up. Which you have to do before you can attempt to download from site Contacted Sarason and to be fair they replied same day (Saturday). Was told to install via an app on the TV called Aptoide TV which did work but it’s aggro. Hopefully many years viewing ahead MY RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM Sarason TV I agree it may not be said that these apps are preloaded but I noted reviews on Trustpilot strangely saying that they were and to be fair it is billed as a Smart TV. Anyone buying a ‘smart TV’ these days wants those apps, period. Not Spotify it’s a TV not a smart speaker. Your website text says ‘no need for kindle fire stick’. Your website shows a huge TV with Netflix on it. Secondly and more importantly I have ONLY been able to install those apps (Disney does not work but installs) not through the usual route on Android of downloading via Google Play Store but by Aptoide which downloads a very old version of Netflix. The version dates back to 2014 which on initial use straightaway asks you to update but then says it can’t because of the issue with Playstore mentioned previously ie the TV is not Google Playstore Certified product and it is not able to run the newest version on this TV I do not think this is what most people would expect from a 2020 ‘smart TV’. I totally disagree that it does not need the fire stick or other device to make it smart as Google Play-store whilst installed is unusable for these apps on what is an Android device. Aptoide TV is a workaround and NOT a good one. I shall have to install the ‘unnecessary’ Kindle Fire stick for which I have made no provisions for in the enclosure. It does look very good installed but you need to be more upfront about the product and what it can and cannot do Got a message to update my review from Trustpilot, Saw the reply from Sarason TV which ignores all the comments about being unable to download from the Google App Store due to it being a non compliant device, and only being able to download OLD versions via the Aptoide app. Haven’t bothered since.
