Wat een goede service Bij de laarzen stond vermeld een maat groter te nemen omdat ze klein uitvielen....... Man man, veel te groot, dus geretourneerd en eigen maat besteld.... Die kwam binnen 2 dagen en paste....... Retourzending kreeg ik al na een dag bevestigd net zoals bevestiging dat retourbetaling onderweg is. Kijk dat noem ik nou service!!!!!!

I returned two pair of shoes I ordered directly via their website. Even though I got an email confirmation from Sacha that they received my return, they didn’t refund my money and also don’t reply to my emails to customer service at all since weeks. They owe me more than 200€.

Impossible d'annuler une commande si erreur même immédiatement après l'avoir passée. Puis service clients demande communication par téléphone ou mail mais ne répond ni sur l'un ni sur l'autre. Indique qu'un bon de retour est dans colis mais il n'y en a aucun. Malhonnêtes.
