Awful communication with customers, my partner tried getting a flat in the liverpool area spoke to the woman, the flat was for sale and my partner had sent a message in the morning to get the details for the deposit as it was still available and she had been communicating with the woman literally moments before, to then be ignored all day and informed all flats were sold. Disgraceful pick and choosing and i would not recommend using these ever. Do better.
Worst company ever. Left me and 8 other tennants in an electrically charged flood over night with no access to heat or electricity - and continued to BLAME us for calling the fire department- who then told us we could have all died via electrocution - constant mould throughout the home and no employee ever came to sort the issue. THEY LIE about completing jobs and when they are attending. THEY VIOLATE CONTRACT by entering the property unannounced. DO NOT LIVE WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND OR QUALITY OF LIFE.
Booked in for a viewing and received email confirmation, ended up waiting outside the property for 30 mins, they were a no show. Office is supposed to be open until 5 pm but when I called up at 4pm the phone lines were turned off.
Overall a very good experience with the agency, they were on it and have a good variety of properties regarding locations, budget and style. Nat, at the agency has been really helpful with recommendations. She really understood what I was looking for and helped me with finding a place. Thanks for all!

Absolute legend Harvey. Never knew renting an apartment in Preston especially near Uni would be so much easier, thanks to Harvey and Rooms4U. The best accomodation providers I've come across.
Renting my first flat with my friend and Rooms4u has made it so much easier. Harvey has helped us out throughout the whole process and stayed available at all times to answer any questions we had. At times we were confused as this is our first time doing this and he made sure to spend time explaining everything to us. Can’t thank Harvey enough, he’s been brilliant! Great company too and easy signing up process!
Highly recommend! I found an apartment with Rooms4u last year that I was very happy with. And Harvey provided me with a great service and experience. I'll still be looking for apartments this year through Harvey and Rooms4u.

My searching was finished when I saw cleanest nd newly made house of rooms4U. The person who showed the house named Harvey, was really friendly and cooperative. Best thing is, they not just showed property and take rent nd just leave you but they care about their tenants requirements. Harvey stayed available anytime when we had issues related house. I highly recommend rooms4U 👍 👍👍.
Rooms4U is the best letting agent I have ever encountered since I am in the UK. Since the first day, Harvey was very friendly and reliable. Whatever issues I had during my stay, he was always very helpful and always made sure we all feel comfortable with the house.
This company has been my letting agent for a while after taking over from my previous one that were incredibly bad with communication. Rooms4u are brillaint with communication which I have found with the letting agent Harvey for my building. Any maintenance issues I have Harvey will sort for me and is very reliable and quick
