Service is awesome!!!! I ordered three bottles of juice and when I got it I noticed that one of the bottles had leaked leaving me with less than half of the juice. When I contacted Rock bottom Vapes to inform them of the issue Sean was very nice and helpful in sending me a new one to replace the one that leaked. Needless to say I am very pleased with this company and with Sean in particular. I have had the absolute best service from Rock Bottom! I found the exact products easily. I ordered an Aspire vape and a corresponding tank protector, a beautiful stainless cage with fancy design. Also purchased 2 batteries, Spinner II. One would not charge and after an email to the company I got a phone call saying a new one was on the way, including a prepaid return envelope for the defective one. This was so easy and professional. Highly recommend this company.
