I have had the absolute best service from Rock Bottom! I found the exact products easily. I ordered an Aspire vape and a corresponding tank protector, a beautiful stainless cage with fancy design. Also purchased 2 batteries, Spinner II. One would not charge and after an email to the company I got a phone call saying a new one was on the way, including a prepaid return envelope for the defective one. This was so easy and professional. Highly recommend this company.
