They lied to me through out the process and even though they could not fulfill the contract they refused to refund my deposit. Overall satisfied with our experience. The car arrived very quickly and in good condition. The only thing that could’ve gone better is communication with the driver. He was supposed to pick the car up on a Wednesday but did not arrive until 6:30 AM on Thursday morning and never let us know. He was supposed to call 2 to 3 hours in advance but only gave us 20 minutes notice of the delivery.
