This was my third time using this service and again I’m very happy with the customer service and the pickup and drop off.

I made the reservation in 10 minutes The price did not go up from the estimate The car was delivered 3 days early and I didn’t have anyone to meet them so they Demi were the keys and car to a business for me The driver was very kind

Read the full contract. Guaranteed you'll pay a minimum of $300 more then what they told you for the shipment. You'll pay $100 up front when vehicle is picked up.Which is fine. I get it. Then the balance that's written on the contract is due when vehicle is delivered. But then there gonna call you a day or two before delivery that you owe a brokers fee of a minimum of $300 other wise they won't let the driver release the vehicle. So don't think there giving you a deal.Good luck!

The driver communicated and let us know when he would be arriving . The office staff made it easy to change the pick up dates . The car was delayed ahead of schedule and the driver reimbursed my son for the Uber cost since he wasn’t able to drop off the car in front of the house

Bait and switch quote -- made me think they would be several hundred cheaper than competitors, but ended up being more expensive by the time it was too late to book another one. Also they were confused about vehicle pickup and drop off, and they did not stick with the schedule, forcing me to be late to a very important appointment.

We had excellent service! Communication was excellent from pickup in North Carolina to delivery in Massachusetts. Edward (Oasis) was very professional and I would highly recommend Road Runner Auto Transport.

I had a booking confirmation R1336581 (contract), which I read and agreed for Roadrunner Transport to haul a vehicle for me. I booked it with my credit card for $1290.00. When it came time for them to actually arrange the pickup, Roadrunner dispatch called me and said it will now be $1800.00 I called back the next day to speak with my rep from Road Runner who would not call or text me back. Dispatch claimed I was threatening because I said that a lawyer should decide if they can breach their contract. Do not use this bait and switch company.
