The booking process was pretty straightforward

The online booking was relatively straightforward - I had to stop and start a few times to check dates etc before completing the whole process. The personal details section asked for my middle name - I don’t have one - and then didn’t enter my surname so I finished up having to ring and speak to an agent - who sorted things quickly. I opened an online account so I can fill all the necessary information - passport details etc. However, although I had had my confirmation email, this hadn’t registered. I contacted the online assistant and everything was sorted quickly. So, four stars as everything was booked - but not five as I had to contact Riviera twice - which was quick and easy.

Simple, informative booking process by phone.

Ben made the booking experience really simple. He was very informative & answered all my questions e.g about the included optional excursions & I was relieved that not all involved a lot of walking but utilised land trains or coach tours with adequate time to explore independently. I can make periodic payments before the final payment is due. I can contact Ben if I have any further queries but Riviera Travel Q&As pages are very informative. Confirmation of booking was emailed promptly.

Helpful team, prompt, and knowledgeable.

We booked our holiday a few days ago with Riviera Travel. The booking process was smooth and simple. They answered the phone promptly - no ages of queuing! - and gave some helpful advice that helped us make the decision to book. We haven't had the holiday yet but so far so good!

Easy booking process!

Clear and easy to follow booking process. Had to ring office to arrange an upgrade on flight and guess what - easy peasy, no fuss, no problem, request confirmed in 24hours! Follow-up emails reassuring and waiting to enjoy the holiday.

The experience of booking a river…

The experience of booking a river cruise was quite easy. However, after reading the itinerary we realised that part of the cruise included exactly the same places as we had done last year. So, The next day we wished to transfer to another cruise which we had not been on previously. We were charged £40 per person for admin fees to change much to our amazement as last year we had to transfer a river cruise with another company due to family problems last year…..we were not charged a fee.

I got their in the end

I did not find the booking site very easy to get through, but I’m not necessarily the best with technology. Had to go through the payment process about 3times before I got it done. I got their in the end 😊
