Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay Β£120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a cΒ£200/Β£500/Β£1,000+) as Iβve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after Iβd been charged Β£120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until Iβve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldnβt recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

The rats are gone. Jodie is great. She's very thorough. We're situated in a student area so the plan was twofold; killing off the infestation we had and then making small adjustments to our building to stop them getting in. Also having the peace of mind of being able to get a call out anytime if we heard anything or suspected the rats were back. The recommendations were small, easy to fix things to ensure the rats couldn't get back in. It's a great service.

I feel we have established a good working relationship with Rentokil as a whole. Anything we need help with, even if its at short notice, they're always available to give us a helping hand. Very professional in how they operate. Jess, who visits our site frequently (HMP Bedford), is very helpful, attentive, and communicates really well and gets on with all our staff on site. In the space of a few weeks, Brandon has managed to locate our rodent problem, manage it and essentially eliminate it from inside the voids/drainage system. He is a very helpful pleasant young man who listened when we explained our problem, a problem we feel could have been dealt with long before now had the previous technician took us seriously.

First class service from the team, from Johnny doing the detailed survey with clear pricing. Work started on the date at the allotted time with two excellent employees whom were courteous at all times. The work was compleated by the plaster again excellent workmanship. My experience was one off overall satisfaction with this company.
