Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Les who attended all our visits was very helpful. He phoned prior to each visit with an eta and if running late would advise new time. He explained what he was going to do and expected outcome. All in all he made the experience less stressful than expected.

Everyone in the team was so helpful with an infestiation of flies at my apartment block. In particular, Billy was so kind and respectful to my home and worked so hard to not only clear up the issues but also leave me with a plan as to how to prevent and overcome next season if the issue persists. Rentokil really look after your business. They check every single thing to ensure everything is in order and even sometimes there are recommendation they follow it up on the next visit to ensure that there are no recurring problems. Also, I just want to especially mention Lee Woodward who's been looking after our shop for many years now, he is an asset to your company I must say!
