Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay Β£120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a cΒ£200/Β£500/Β£1,000+) as Iβve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after Iβd been charged Β£120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until Iβve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldnβt recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Ben has been looking after us and our rodent problem for sometime now, and we couldn't be happier with the service he has provided. Prompt comprehensive service - the professional who came was pleasant helpful and made what is a difficult and unpleasant situation (rat infestation) much better - sooner instructions were helpful and clear and she made the process save for our dogs

There was a lot of confusion at the start - I contacted Rentokil via email that I suspected rats in my loft. However I kept on getting emails back effectively saying that they couldn't give me a quote without actual physical evidence which was really annoying. However eventually a really nice employee rang me and arranged for a surveyor to inspect (which is what I wanted in the first place). The Rentokil Pest Controller was excellent. Polite, personable, knowledgeable and diligent - I have learned a lot about methods and rat behaviour. He is a real credit to the company and I am able to be confident in a job well done.

I already sent a review a few months ago stating that this company does not cater to those that cannot use a telephone due to being disabled or living in a rural and no signal area - stating that they only book appointments via telephone with no exceptions. Since then, this company has sent me several emails asking for more information- the same information each time which I keep giving them. I have asked several times for them to stop contacting me but they ignore me and continue. I will now have to report them to trading standards and the police. Never in my life have I had to deal with a harassment situation with a company.
