Very easy to communicate and quick responses

My experience with Amanda Singer was so great - professional advice, friendly manner, prompt follow up - just a positive introduction to a company I did not know that my client presented - and new to the client as well.

The positive ranking was totally due to the customer service representative I was dealing with who listened, provided information, had a great sense of humor and was enthusiastic.

I enjoyed my first completed process with RE. I have quoted them out before and researched them before, but had never gone through to booking. I did have a frustrating situation with the links that go to clients with no quote or a quote from me, etc. But, it ended up getting worked out. I want to research, request, send quotes from ME to client, as would all TAs :) I have also been waiting awhile for info on concierge services and the client is very impatient, so that would be nice to get quicker.

Timely responses to queries. Erin was very helpful and pleasant as well.

Fabulous Experience! Keith Diebel has booked our family in the most beautiful homes but more than that he is great to work with...incredibly responsive and efficient. He remains available for us even after we book the trip and are contacted by the concierge. He always provides many fantastic options to choose from and the follow up from Rental Escapes makes everything flow for a dream vacation.

Villa Christina, Montego Bay, Jamaica Stay: July 21 – 28, 2024 This stunning Tuscan style villa is nested behind a beautiful private gated community. There was never a time we didn’t feel safe. We were relaxed and comfortable and that is what you normally come on vacation to do. Upon arrival the first face we saw smiling and full of positive energy was Dwayne-Butler. He made us feel at home. The knowledge he provided, caring for our every need, and the great down-home fun and laughter he brought was amazing. Forever Grateful! The entire house looks just like you see it in any of the pictures, no alterations of any kind from Rental Escapes. The bedding was fluffy and soft. None of us could get up early, not one single day. Millie, our queen, made sure there was not a single thing out of place and that the place was kept immaculate. Carol was always there right when we needed her. She made sure we were well taken care of. Nick-Chef needs a whole section by himself. The food was out of this world. We gave him an idea and told him to do what he does best. He knocked it out of the park every time. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, and we are rebooking for 2025 but staying a little longer. My previous review was about the struggles that took place and how Rental Escapes trained staff stepped in and made our stormy vacation a pleasant one. As individuals trying to make some type of connections with individuals you don't know is very hard. It's also hard to trust giving people a large sum of money and you never seen them a day in your life. I will say this, if you are skeptical about trusting Rental Escapes in any form or fashion, please STOP. They are trustworthy, patience, diligent, professional, friendly, great communicators, shows value to you and your needs. They want your vacation to be absolutely amazing, therefore they provide stellar services. I can tell you our reconstructed vacation was out of this world. If I can ever advocate for Rental Escapes, I will be honor and to all who are uncertain, no worries they are the truth. I love to see when a company goes the extra mile to make you smile.
