Over the past few years we have booked multiple trips with RE. We found that what sets Rental Escapes apart is their expertise and in-depth knowledge of the destinations they cover and the Villas they rent. Their team is incredibly well-versed in the local culture, attractions, and hidden gems, which adds a unique touch to their service. They are always ready to provided insights and recommendations that makes each trip even more special. We recently just returned from another trip booked for us by RE. Their service was top-notch, every detail was taken care of, and the team, as always, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I must interject a comment about “The Team” that works with us. It consists of Levi the Senior Villa Specialist and Marina our Concierge. In both cases we give them 5+ stars and our thanks for making our trips wonderful. The concierge service was a standout feature. From arranging activities and excursions to making dinner reservations, everything was handled seamlessly. All the little things and personal wants were taken care which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. As to the villa we booked, it was beyond expectations: stunning views, luxurious amenities, and immaculately maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added touch of a five-star resort. Another great recommendation from Levi. To sum up we feel their unique approach to vacation rentals makes them the “benchmark” in their field. The level of personalized service is truly unparalleled, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was tailored to our preferences and needs. We would highly recommend Rental Escapes to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free vacation rental experience. We have already booked our trip for 2025.
