Was surprised not to find any reviews for Rental Escapes here thus I checked Facebook and TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor also had some interrogations while Rental Escapes has a presence on Facebook. I have only good things to say about Rental Escapes. The company is based out of Quebec thus everyone there speaks both French and English. I was the customer from hell: very late in organizing my families vacation in Barbados at the peak season. Have a demanding wife deserving luxury, the mother in law, two small children, and not the most insane budget. Every property we looked into was booked on all the sites or demanding top budgets. The team at Rental Escape used their network to query every property’s empty allocations (ie: 4 day availability which would not show as too short) and managed to get two locations for 4 days completing my 8 day requirement. The details operations they have had to go through and the options they offered to me were staggering. They also coordinated all the added services such as coots for my 1,5 year old and transfers. Everything top notch. Once in Barbados after 4 days in the first location, we asked if they could arrange a third location as we through the second location was too crowded. They came up with solutions in the next hour which we did not take because of the added (totally justifiable cost). I am very grateful to all the team at Rental Escape and would definitely ask them for help for our next vacation with hopefully much more notice and organisation. :-)
