Laura's service was excellent. We are quite a large group and were struggling to find a house that would suit all of us. We contacted Rental Escapes and Laura found the perfect house for us. She was very respectful and helpful to us and addressed all of our questions and concerns.
Well where do I begin. Home was lovely needed a good scrub down. The butler was after my daughters even wanted one to buy him a van they over charged us for food. Lots we never ate and kept asking for more. The staff were scammers. We all got flea bites all over never had a warm shower. Just excuses. Never again
We stayed at Honeycomb in Silver Sands in January 2024. The home was lovely, lots of room. The home is quite the distance and taxi prices were outrageous - very far away from any tourism. The only entertainment was a little bar and quick grill down at the beach. We liked the staff. However, watch what is purchased for meals. The food bill rose quite a bit and a few days before we left there was quite a bit of produce left. I ended up sitting on a chair that broke and down I fell, hurting my neck - Rental Escapes has not yet returned a proper email. We all have little bites and discovered by doctor back home in the states these are flea bites. The one bedroom a light blew out and they were quick to rig up something and ceiling in bathroom over the shower started to crumble in one large spot and never did fix while we were there.

They anwered ALL of my questions (and there were many) even though I sent them a few days before Christmas.
