❌ Avoid Remove My Car – Absolute Shambles 🚗💥 Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. 🔹 No proper paperwork or confirmation. 🔹 They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. 🔹 Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. 🔹 Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Easy to book

Easy to book, fair price for scrapping car and friendly customer service. Pickup driver friendly and professional. Easy service to use. Reason for 4 and not 5 star was that it took about 10 days for my pick up slot and car was parked on side of road. Not a major grumble as obviously a busy, but over-all great sevice.

Failed to collect car and really rude driver

Chose this company to scrap my car. They said they would collect my car between 16:00 and 18:00 the coming Friday. I had a missed call at 14:00 which I assumed might be the driver to confirm collection. I called the number and the person was really rude to me because I did not answer my phone (I was in a meeting) as he wanted to collect my car. He said he would talk to his colleague and they would call me to arrange collection. Nobody ever called me back or turned up to collect car. I called him again and no answer. I called the main phone number and also no answer. The following day I received an email saying they were sorry I had decided to cancel my vehicle disposal through them. I have not been able to speak to them to cancel the disposal! Shocking service and incredibly rude driver.

Fantastic and swift service!

Great communication and quick service. The gentlemen that came to take my car were friendly and polite. Car was taken swiftly as was the payment by BACs. Would definitely recommend to others.
