I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. πŸ”Ή No proper paperwork or confirmation. πŸ”Ή They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. πŸ”Ή Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. πŸ”Ή Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. Car removal

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, they arranged pick up of my car very quickly and collected it without any problems. They kept me informed throughout the process and I got my payment straight away. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them. I also got the highest price compared to every other company I looked into. Would use them again for sure.

Response to their response

Same experience as others offered me 216 when they had my car in their yard began haggling with the price offered 166 saying it had an after market part (stainless steel exhaust with lifetime guarantee) original exhaust never been changed.
