Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Kate Smith has recently taken over the full management of my property and immediately got a handle on issues that I had been grappling with. Difficult tenants as well as an insurance claim. Kate has very efficiently taken these problems off my hands and made immediate progress where I was not able to before. Thankfully relieved me of so much stress. Kate has proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the best thing I could have done was to go full management and be given Kate as my property manager.
During a very rocky period, made tougher by the October budget, we were lucky to have Virginia's skill and dedication. She was dogged in her pursuit to exchange of contracts. The chain became convoluted, but she was on top of matters every step of the way. Great to have Virginia's proactive approach. Thanks for getting us over the line.
Prospect Estate Agents have been professional and helpful from the moment they came to see us about putting our property on the market right through to the sale. They spent time helping the proposed sale go forward to exchange of contracts by keeping in touch with the chain and ensuring that everyone knew what they had to do to get the sale done. I don't think that the exchange of contracts would have happened without Virginia from Prospect Estate Agents constant progress chasing.
Kate Smith has recently taken over management of our account and ever since we've had brilliant service. Prior to Kate we have a number of longstanding issues which are now being dealt with promptly by Kate. Kate is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and organised.
I have been dealing with Kate Smith for a short while. The good thing that I can say about her is that she is very prompt in responding to my queries. Her replies are straight to the point. The only thing bad I can say about her is that on a good day, she drives me nuts with the fact that she starts her emails with "I hope you are well". Such a phrase is bland and meaningless. I also dislike the verb "hope" as in French we say that hope makes stupid people live.
I am a tenant and managed by Chloe Reilly. Chloe is always a professional but just recently pulling out all the stops to help me. I fell foul of drain problems and then boiler breakdown. Resulting in no not water or heating for two weeks. Chloe was approachable, sympathetic and did everything she could to speed up the repairs on both occasions. I was beginning to feel worn down by it all. However she saved my sanity. I was able to reinstate a birthday celebration that I thought would be cancelled. Thanks Chloe.
