Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.
should not give that one star itself and have got that much frustration with Prospect and their home. They haven't done any checks before handing over the home to me and it's been a week since I am struggling to get my issues sorted. Worst service by prospect and no one is responding promptly. I don't want to name people here and please check with other agencies for good home if you are looking for your family.
It was quite simple to apply for my new apartment in Reading, I was supported every step of the way, and everything was very well explained by the team. Loved that they sent me personalized text message with links to their latest properties which could fit my criteria. I do recommend them

Customer service is really poor. Don't have the mindset to assist the customer or solve our problems. The prospect's team prioritises their convenience more than improving customer experiences, and is not willing to go the extra mile to provide better customer experiences.
Prospect have been very proactive, and having used two other estate agents prior, they were exemplary. Beth, Prospect Warfield, was a model of how to manage a transaction, always ready to prompt a prospect and always ready with feedback. Beth was quick to return calls and was always completely honest
