Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I had planned to buy a flat from this agents , from the very beginning this purchase was difficult. Firstly we had the 4 week delay in getting the id verification through and had to pay £82 (none of the other agents charge that !) From then on it seemed I was chasing the office all the time with nobody coming back to me. The amount of phone calls I made and emails , to the manager Jordon and natasha , most of which went unanswered, which I found highly unprofessional and unworkable. Prospect gave such a poor service in my opinion leaving me with no option other than to pull out of the purchase. I would not recommend these to anyone thinking of buying , renting or leasing , find your self a reliable agent .
Viewing by Abi was brilliant. Abi made time for us at short notice and clearly had a lot of knowledge about the house. She also made herself available at VERY short notice for a second viewing the next day. I think there was a miscommunication with the office as we had expected the house owners to be available which wasn't the case.
I highly recommend Natasha from Aldershot office, she has provided amazing service. Very lovely, friendly and professional at the same time.
I have deleted my past 5 star review, to give a 1 star review. I am livid - never again !!! I have removed my 2 flats from their Prospect. Whether it was a draw in cabinet, or repairs to windows they simply could not cope. What angered my, if that the In***n tenants they sent me, did not respect my furniture causing damages. The situation is made worst by the tenant refusing to pay the expense of the damage. Prospect of course took the side of the tenant, and had no empathy for my pocket. If you want your flat ruined, they will do this, but will expect you to repair everything at your expense.
Beth was extremely helpful throughout the process from start to finish. She was amazing and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell their house.
