Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Our experience has been very BAD and DISAPPONTING. We are renting a property with Prospect in Reading and it takes ages to resolve our issues, most of which have been outstanding for over 6 months. The landlord is very adamant about not completing basic repairs, as stipulated in the lease and Prospect has not been able to help us anyway. They also give us the same updates every time with no resolutions. It is really frustrating that our concerns are not heard and we have no other options but to live-with-it. Unfortunately there is no break clause in our 2-year lease. Therefore, we are bound to pay the increased rent despite the outstanding issues.
Beckie Baxter has managed my property for the last 9 months. She is always on hand to deal with any queries my tenant or I have. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I feel comforted and assured that my investment is in the best hands with Beckie and the team at Prospect. Thank you!

We sold our house, completing in November, with Prospects Bracknell. Where do I start? It was possibly one of the most unpleasantly, stressful experiences of my life. Throughout the process, we were pressurised over everything; accepting offers, looking for a purchase, vacating the property and agreeing a completion date. On and on it went. We were told we 'didn't understand the market' had 'probably lost our buyers' and at one point it was suggested we 'should part company'. I know what you're thinking ... that we were somehow at fault. All I can say is that we were inexperienced and expected a modicum of help and advice. Should you have the unenviable challenge of dealing with a particular member of staff, you might understand how our expectations were not realised. Unless you are gluttons for punishment, go elsewhere, anywhere, quickly!!!!
I have dealt with Prospects Lettings in Bracknell for a number of years now and have no hesitation in recommending them. Their Lettings Manager (Harry Pangborn) is brilliant and one of the main reasons I use Prospects now instead of other companies. On the property management side, my property has been looked after by a lady called Beckie Baxter. She is just as good as Harry, and always responds to my queries quickly. I've been stung before by an estate agent, so glad I found a company that puts the customer at the top of the list. Beckie Baxter and Harry Pangborn are both a credit to Prospects.
