Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.
Great experience with Prospect on our recent house sale. Would definitely recommend. Beth and Michael pulled out al the stops to get us over the finishing line.

I wish I could give 0 stars. For a house we rented in Reading during 2022-2023, I've never experienced such incompetence in all my time renting. Parking was written into the contract as being included in a private parking space, however despite our asking if we needed a permit, we were told to "park for a few days and send us the tickets if you get any, we'll sort it". Later, they not only denied having said that (despite my getting the agent who said this to acknowledge it in writing), they then turned incredibly petty and refused to do their job to maintain the property. The garden was an absolute dive, the whole inside of the house had mold (house was never cleaned before we moved in), the upstairs landing had a massive crater you could fall through to downstairs, and despite months of pleading with them to fix these issues they just kept making promises they never fulfilled. Absolute shambles of a company and terrible property managers (I'm looking at you Chloe Hoptroff)
Davina was a joy to work with throughout our sale. We did not expect much activity in such a depressed market however Davina and the team managed a constant stream of interested buyers, and secured our sale within 6 weeks. Outstanding. Communication was proactive and immediate. The mechanics of progressing the sale through to a successful conclusion were all handled smoothly and with enthusiasm. A positive experience from start to finish.
Worst Experience - Would never Recommend and would Never use them again as a tenant!! Without going into too much detail I'll summarize in 3 points: - Rented a high value 4-bed property for almost 6 years and never late on a single rent payment as well as fully supported all 6 monthly inspections without any issues. After we were given notice due to the landlord unfortunately wanting to sell the property - we exited the property in the most professional and amicable manner with all our dues and dutied cleared. However, Prospect then to us almost in "landlord's lawyer" terms, completely disregarding any onus or responsibility towards us the tenants & threatening to retain the entire large security deposit with him for the most unjust and discriminatory reasons. - Zero help after serving us notice despite knowing that we were a family with 3 young children. Zero help in relocation and making the transition easier for us in finding another property with christmas coming up. Not a single phone call! - Post exiting the property, sheer lack of courtesy and poor communication to drop even a line/mesg/email for us to pick up some important mail that had arrived unknown to us - instead, they told the landlord to return to sender and post them back. Suffice to say we won't be using Prospect again. Highly disappointed. Nothing but a stressful move from a house we called home due to the unprofessional parties involved.
