Product ordered on 15th December. Delivery charge was £9.60. It’s now 21st December and I have yet to receive my order. Disgraceful service at enormous cost.

I do not have to chase, as I trust if for any reason it cant be provided instantly, it will be sent in a timely manner, which it is. A special thank you to Carol Park, who I have dealt with for the requests mentioned and also when I have been in a purchasing position previously, she has been great with communication on lead times, delivery dates etc. Even going the extra mile to follow up emails with a phone call. Polite,clear information and instructions

Need to ensure website is up to date with out of stock items. Was contacted soon after order and given refund but I need equipment for work and need to be able to trust if the online store says “in stock”.

Great customer service ! I neededto order the oximeter for my baby girl wich had limitet stock. I have done in over phone so its trusted company. The invoice and order number were send via email same day. I also recived the parcel next day around midday . Great service overal! Highly recommend PROACT Medical.
