I was missold the wrong type of pulse oximeter probe for one of our monitoring machine by a different company. Unfortunately by the time we realised it was too late to send it back. I searched and found the correct item with pro act medical and spoke to one of the sales managers to make sure it was correct. she advised that all we needed was a connector (round peg to square peg) and didn't need to buy the whole piece of equipment. This was a third of the price that we were going to pay. Thank you for putting integrity before profit. We will make sure that we use your company again.

Very efficient service and good prices

Excellent after sales service. After 2 years my Nonin Oximeter stopped holding batteries, the battery cassette kept dropping out of the main body of the machine. The company replaced it without quibble. Particular mention to their representative who was very kind and helpful. Thank you Proactmedical.
