Ordered a couple of mugs from the store back in February (ceramic and glass pumpkin mugs) and have used them consistently since they arrived, they have held up amazingly and adore them both as they are my go to mugs. On arrival there was a problem with the glass mug as it arrived damaged, but it was replaced after emailing them.
Placed an order before their stated 1pm cut off, paid for express delivery. Never received an email confirmation from the company itself. Waited until the following day, still nothing to say the order was dispatched or even confirmed. But payment had been taken. Emailed the email address provided on their website only for it to bounce back saying it’s an invalid address. Called the number on their website to be told I have dialled an incorrect number. This is a scam website. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS OR PART WITH ANY MONEY. FAKE WEBSITE. Update 15/06 - you have taken the time to respond to negative feedback on this platform but yet have still not looked into the issue. Still no confirmation email received, or dispatch email. Yet you’re stating I have time to cancel my order…how is that possible if you’ve already send the delivery as you claim? More lies. No explanation as to why the email address and contact number provided on your site are bogus? How about you respond with legit contact details, rather than worrying about your status on a review platform as it may impact on your ability to fleece others?! Total scam!! Further update 15/06 to this scammers/liars response- YOU HAVE NOT emailed me for me to respond to - more lies. You are claiming my order was sent as a priority service on Friday, as I placed the order before 1pm, so I am still unsure how you have managed to cancel this order if it’s already in transit? Further lies. I understand the concept of next day delivery on a Monday-Friday basis. At no point have I stated I expected the delivery over the weekend, however it should have been dispatched on Friday for a Monday delivery, which you have obviously not adhered to. Nor have I received any dispatch email from your bogus company. The fact you have now removed the contact number that was shown on your website shows the lengths you are willing to go to be dishonest. It was the same telephone number associated with your PayPal account - as confirmed by PayPal themselves when I raised the claim. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I am covered - other victims, I mean would-be purchasers, might not be so lucky. I will gladly upload the screenshot of the telephone number that you are now claiming has nothing to do with your company. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM.

What a fantastic family run little business. I recently purchase a set of 3 gardens mirrors, very competitively priced, unfortunately when they arrived one had been damaged in transit, I emailed as soon as I opened the box and discovered this, Jenny replied to me within the hour and dispatched a replacement the same day. You don't get customer service like that from big companies where everyone is anonymous. Thanks so much Jenny for the lovely mirrors and more importantly, the tremendous customer service. I'm now going onto the website to see what else I can buy.

Item arrived as expected. Very prompt response when I chased for an ETA for delivery too. Very friendly and helpful.
Beautifully made Christmas mugs, and the heart shaped spoons made this the perfect set. Very happy with the quality and communication. Delivery took a little longer than expected.
Placed order for 3 large ceramic houses and brush trees, all in stock at time of ordering. A few days later I received an email advising of a partial refund on my order. No reason or apology. It was for the brush trees which were not available. The houses arrived a couple of days later. They are beautiful and so well made and each one is different, I love them. I managed to find trees to go with them and the houses look lovely amongst the trees, especially at night when lit up in darkness. I have received so many positive comments from friends and family about the houses they have also ordered them. Customer service have been fantastic dealing with the tree issue and have taken my feedback about letting the customer know as soon as possible of any items which go out of stock with positivity. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again.

I’m not sure how I found this gem of a shop, but I’ve certainly not been able to let it out of my grasp since! I LOVE a love heart so that’s what originally caught my eye. I like their simplistic yet original style. Last year pre Christmas I bought quite a few of their little light up white houses, Christmas trees & Churches, as we have a conservatory with a lantern roof & I had an Idea of how I’d like to style them at Christmas & then as many I unfortunately got covid so I left them safely tucked up in their individual little boxes, & I got them out this year placed them on my dining room table so it looks like a little village & they look stunning I have to say especially with the lights on but also without they are matte white & are so effective! ( There are a couple of shiny ones on there which are not from Pretty Little Home) I have to say the quality of PLH items are second to none! I like that most of the houses come in 3 for e.g “Large” so all 3 are the same size but they are slightly different! I highly recommend PLH! Thank you so much for all your lovely items!
Delightful box of goodies! Would have loved to give five stars but felt the duplication of the pink mug, beautiful as it is, was not quite what I was expecting!
