Ordered a couple of mugs from the store back in February (ceramic and glass pumpkin mugs) and have used them consistently since they arrived, they have held up amazingly and adore them both as they are my go to mugs. On arrival there was a problem with the glass mug as it arrived damaged, but it was replaced after emailing them.
Placed an order before their stated 1pm cut off, paid for express delivery. Never received an email confirmation from the company itself. Waited until the following day, still nothing to say the order was dispatched or even confirmed. But payment had been taken. Emailed the email address provided on their website only for it to bounce back saying it’s an invalid address. Called the number on their website to be told I have dialled an incorrect number. This is a scam website. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS OR PART WITH ANY MONEY. FAKE WEBSITE.
Update 15/06 - you have taken the time to respond to negative feedback on this platform but yet have still not looked into the issue. Still no confirmation email received, or dispatch email. Yet you’re stating I have time to cancel my order…how is that possible if you’ve already send the delivery as you claim? More lies. No explanation as to why the email address and contact number provided on your site are bogus? How about you respond with legit contact details, rather than worrying about your status on a review platform as it may impact on your ability to fleece others?! Total scam!!
Further update 15/06 to this scammers/liars response- YOU HAVE NOT emailed me for me to respond to - more lies. You are claiming my order was sent as a priority service on Friday, as I placed the order before 1pm, so I am still unsure how you have managed to cancel this order if it’s already in transit? Further lies. I understand the concept of next day delivery on a Monday-Friday basis. At no point have I stated I expected the delivery over the weekend, however it should have been dispatched on Friday for a Monday delivery, which you have obviously not adhered to. Nor have I received any dispatch email from your bogus company. The fact you have now removed the contact number that was shown on your website shows the lengths you are willing to go to be dishonest. It was the same telephone number associated with your PayPal account - as confirmed by PayPal themselves when I raised the claim. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I am covered - other victims, I mean would-be purchasers, might not be so lucky. I will gladly upload the screenshot of the telephone number that you are now claiming has nothing to do with your company. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM.
What a fantastic family run little business. I recently purchase a set of 3 gardens mirrors, very competitively priced, unfortunately when they arrived one had been damaged in transit, I emailed as soon as I opened the box and discovered this, Jenny replied to me within the hour and dispatched a replacement the same day. You don't get customer service like that from big companies where everyone is anonymous. Thanks so much Jenny for the lovely mirrors and more importantly, the tremendous customer service. I'm now going onto the website to see what else I can buy.
Really love the items I ordered. Perfect for Easter time. Only downside was the waiting for delivery although I was informed that they had run out of stock and had the option to cancel my order. I agreed to wait for them to restock.
Great product but there were some issues with the delivery.the product was a pre order and then delayed. the company did apologise when their delivery was delayed but after being assured it would be sent the next week I had to chase it again to receive it the following week. I would use company again though as I think this was a one off issue
My review is based on the monthly subscription boxes. My experience of these has been mixed. You do receive some lovely products, but also, in my opinion, some awful, badly made items. As a subscription service, you don't get to choose what you like, which is a risk as you end up with things you pay for that you don't want. For example, in my last two boxes, I received three sets of rabbit ornaments, totally nine rabbits. I appreciate it's Easter coming up but nine! Anything like wooden mats or trays are really poor quality and I've thrown them away.
Saying all that, I have ordered some beautiful things that I was happy with.
I have cancelled my subscription but I will be ordering again.
