I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

DO NOT USE. KARANVEER BASRAN HAS RUINED EVERYTHING. DELAY AND DELAY AND DELAY - SO MUCH SO WE HAVE HAD TO TELL OUR BUYERS WE WILL NEED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE SALE!!!! - BEEN READY TO EXCHANGE FOR WEEKS AND HE IS JUST OBLIVIOUS TO EVERYTHING. HE IS MY BUYERS SOLCITOR AND IGNORES THEM DAY IN AND DAY OUT. SENT AN FME1 FORM TO MY BUYERS, NOT THE MANGEMENT COMPANY, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT IN FEBRUARY NOT MIDDLE OF MAY!!!! WENT ON LEAVE FOR 3 WEEKS AND NO ONE PICKED UP HIS "WORK" SO NOTHING GOT DONE. FIRST INSTRUCTED IN FEBRUAR, WE ARE NO FURTHER FORWARD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am quite literally blown away by the thoroughness and speed of my purchase transaction with Premier Property Lawyers (Nigel Plaskitt). I like the fact that I get a text informing me when their are actions available for my attention, if I would like to progress the purchase. I like the fact that everything is transparent. At first I found the e-Way portal challenging (being 68 and partially sighted), but after a short while found it to be incredibly helpful. I have today had a phone call with my designated solicitor (Nigel), who meticulously went through relevant documents with me, taking the time to explain what he felt I should be particularly aware of. I feel relaxed knowing that my property purchase could not be in more capable hands. I feel reassured in that all actions undertaken have my very best of interests at heart. I fully trust this company and particularly Nigel Plaskitt.
