Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the β€˜e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Appalling. Avoid.

Appalling. They are my buyers solicitors and a month after my accepting the buyers offer they have yet to contact my solicitor despite repeated attempts. Eventually they claim not to have received papers despite electronic trails showing they have and then fail to acknowledge further contact. No further forward than when we started, I am about to lose the house I am buying and my stress levels are through the roof. Experience seems highly dependent on the lawyer assigned to your case, so if you wish to put the success of your case to pot luck, they are the company for you.

Stressful

Stressful, had I realised that everything was on line I would of used a different conveyancer. Documents that were apparently posted never arrived. First 2 weeks they were constantly in touch, but then nothing for weeks, eway app wouldn't let me sign in .never again
