Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

First Time Seller
Very nervous about the whole process but using PPL has meant it was far less stressful than expected. Each step of the sale was so clearly indicated on the piechart. Emails were responded to quickly and issues resolved. My sale was not straightforward but has now been successfully completed thanks to Jamie Robey's help. Very happy to recommend using this service.

We worked with premier property lawyers during the sale of my mother in laws house . The sale became a very emotional & stressful journey but Andrew Self from PPL worked so hard to take the pressure from us . Andrew was professional yet friendly , very understanding to our situation, he guided us through the whole process which wasn’t the easiest case for him . Andrew is a credit to the company and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a conveyance solicitor. Thank you Andrew for all your help .
