Poor customer service they never replied
I was happy with the pillows for the first few days but the ones I got are firm and way too high for my neck. As I used them for a few days, I knew I had to keep them which was fine by me. I just needed to get the soft ones so I contacted their customer service if any discount. No reply. Still no reply for more than a month. I wonβt come back again
