Comfortable pillows
I have previously ordered pillows and they have been great so I ordered another 2 pillows and they are great quality and would definitely order again.

Pillows way too deep - like cricking your neck up to lie on a brick wall
Was recommended to purchase the pillows by my osteopath as I've been having neck pain. Found I had a choice of firm or soft but website says firm is good for side sleepers. Definitely not! It's way too deep - I end up having my head half on the pillow, half off, because it actually cricks my neck up uncomfortably to have it up so high. And this is using only one pillow... Maybe it works if you've got a really large frame, but I don't have a small head at all and this is not comfortable. No idea why people rave about them. Wasted quite a lot of money. They have stayed firm, but I wish they hadn't...

Too high and firm for me
The firm pillow was too filled for my needs. It was, however, very well made. The supplier was very helpful in exchanging the item for the soft pillow as I had not slept on it. The soft one is very supportive and yet still low enough for my head and neck to be aligned with the rest of the spine. I am finding the soft pillow very comfortable. I am sleeping more restfully.

My goods arrived within a reasonable timescale and in good condition. However, I found the Premier Inn shop page a little difficult to find pillows when trying to purchase. The webpage just wanted to show me beds.
