I had planned to visit Anfield for this game for the last two months. After buying tickets in Feb, I realised late on Monday night I had been scammed. In an attempt to save my trip I booked a package through premier events. In a panic after being scammed I put in the wrong email for my tickets. This obviously only added to my stress. However the staff from premier events text me back straight away and told me not to worry. This was at 11:30pm on a Bank Holiday Monday. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. A really great experience.
