Good final outcome…thank you
Collection by another courier was booked for Monday 11 September. Despite subsequent rebooked collections and staying in Monday Tuesday and Wednesday (!) no courier arrived. Eventually PlanB Logistics was booked to collect on Thursday. Such a different experience! The driver in question kept us fully informed of his progress towards us, and arrived within the time slot he had advised. Very happy with the final result, very unhappy with the original courier.

One of the best in the transport Industry
We are a transport company in Devon and we called on Plan B to help us with some out of area work in their region coming back to the Westcountry. They are very good . Our two collections become complicated and they were very patient and cope with the messing around that we gave them! Communications are very good with good phone support and the delivery point was also very impressed with Plan B
