Don was super-responsive to the initial enquiry, pricing was competitive and he was bang on time for the collection and delivery, keeping the end customer informed through out. I was confident that he would do me proud with our customer and would take good care of the goods en-route. What a contrast to Shipley and similar charlatans!

Hands down the most reliable, willing and capable delivery man out there.
I am so, so glad that I found Don - he is an absolute hero and a true knight in shining armour. I had a failed delivery from another company so needed to look for an alternative. When I contacted Don he was so positive and really encouraging - such a can do attitude and if anyone can handle a tricky logistical challenge it is him! He was so good about keeping me updated about when he would be able to come around and assess the property/whether the delivery would be feasible, came up with lots of suggestions that the other delivery team refused to consider (they left the appliance on the van and didn't even attempt) and promised to be on standby for when they came again. He came up with lots of practical solutions and really put my mind at rest. He is not only super friendly but really reliable and I'm so relieved that I've found someone that I can depend on. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough and have been telling all my neighbours and friends from church incase they need help with a delivery/logistical challenge. Don is the man!

Top Quality Service
We needed a last minute, urgent pickup doing and Don messaged us to help. He came straight to pick up, no hassle, loaded the unit and went straight to delivery whilst keeping us updated and informed throughout. As a business it is important for us to meet critical deadlines and keep things organised which Plan B logistics aided us with. Top man, top service. We will definitely use again!
