Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

Great customer service.
Bought a few MDPE pipe fittings for a small job at home. Arrived quickly and I received an e-mail from Ben to check everything was OK with the order. I realised I had ordered one of the items incorrectly, (didn't have my glasses on). Wasn't worth sending back for the cost of it so I contacted Ben to see if I could get reduced delivery charge on the correct item (as it was only small). He did this without hesitation and it arrived the next day. Fantastic service!
