Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

Pipestock - What a Service!
Came across Pipestock after a Google search to find a more competitive price for MDPE pipe. Not only were they significantly cheaper than the other supplier, but I ordered it on a Monday and had delivery the following day. Zak was particularly helpful and offered excellent customer service by checking in that all was good immediately after delivery. First class, and thoroughly recommend.

Check your delivery for errors as soon as you get it!
Delivered me 100m of 32mm MDPE instead of 150. First time I have had such a large amount of pipe so assumed it was the correct length - after all you would assume a company that specialises in pipe not to make such a basic mistake? I had ordered in plenty of time to make sure I had material for the job available, dug the trench, unrolled the coil to drop it in, and find that it was wrong. Contacted them (can't fault them for contact - Whatsapp/email and telephone all promptly answered - extra star for that...) but the refused to rectify on the basis that I hadn't reported the error within days of receiving. So by all means, buy from them, but triple-check everything that gets shipped to you ASAP. They will resolutely stand behind their T&Cs, even when they make such a schoolboy mistake... Edited to add: They have since contacted me and offered an additional 50m of pipe + joiner. It is not ideal as I wanted to minimise the joins underground, but it shows that they are willing to try to rectify issues. Thanks Pipestock
