Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

shanes amazing help
i called shane regarding a order that was delivered wrong it should have been 32mm mdpe blue but what received was 20mm mdpe black shane sorted this very quickly and got a new one being delivered the next day i rang up the next day to check on where the delivery was and ben answered and informed me of a POD

Ordered Wednesday, was contacted within a couple of hours to say that one item was out of stock but Adam managed to source a replacement and was posted out that evening. All arrived the following morning and well packed so thank you for that. Good communication, rapid delivery and well priced. Definitely using them again.
