Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

Never used this company before and I must say I’m very impressed. After I made my order and it was delivered I received an email from Zak asking if my order was to my satisfaction (never had that before) and that impressed me. After checking my order there was some clips missing so I emailed Zak who not only apologised for the shortfall but sent me the missing items the next day and kept me informed in the process. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Very impressed. Thanks Zak 👍

I needed to replace a universal coupling between my mains water supply and the house. I phoned the technical team who quickly identified the correct coupling and dispatched it the same afternoon. I struggled to loosen the failed one but persevered successfully. The replacement fits perfectly and the leak has been eliminated. High quality component, fantastic service from Shane’s team. Great service. Fast delivery and very competitive pricing. Good quality products. I Needed to repair a section of pipework and had to match to specific valves I found finding the correct items easy on their website. Items delivered correctly, well packaged, with relevant paperwork for solvent and cleaner which was also handy to attach to RAMS. Also good customer service, in contact to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
