They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Disappointing subscription
I set up a subscription for flea and worming, it didn’t arrive so called store to be told contact live chat. Did so and was told my order was not triggered for shipment and my subscription would need to be cancelled and I would have to go back to store to set up again. Lady said she would email me a voucher for the inconvenience. Got the survey emailed to me but no voucher. !!!! I feel let down this is the second time I have had to set up my subscription.
