They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

New grooming pricing structure
I shop and use the grooming service which has always been very good. I was shocked when I went to collect my cockerpoo to find that the cost had jumped up by approx £15. It is due to a new pricing structure which I should have received an email about but that is an excessive increase

The assistant who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed various things that I might need for my new puppy and she helped me to sign up for the app. I was very pleased with my experience at the Haverfordwest store and will be a regular customer from now on.
