Neat web layout that's quicl to use!
My need to be supplied quickly, at prices that are competitive, with hassle free purchasing, is where I shall go in future. There are reasons where you can receive extra discount on purchase 'size' and for this reason I feel that bit better appreciated. This leads toward re-ordering in the future, as my needs are being listened to and a bit of discount given - which is appreciated!

Late Christmas present.... arrived late
Website was easy to use and the discount code was a nice chunk off because of the high value of the product but it was ordered in time to make a pre Chirstmas delivery (as I paid the extra for the special delivery) but it didn't turn up until after the new year.

Defective item, partly replaced, still defective, eventually easily fixed
The bed-wetting alarm that we purchased worked the first time that we plugged it in, but thereafter was problematic. I requested a replacement, received prompt and efficient service, except for the fact that only the sensor was replaced, and the item still failed to function. At that, I decided to pull it apart, which I had not attempted previously as there was no mention in any of the paperwork of opening it, or of replacing batteries. This proved to be very simple, and a quick jiggle of the batteries (a set of 4 button cells) restored the circuit and fixed the problem. To wrap up, it was a shame that the customer service response did not simply recommend opening the unit and checking that the batteries are installed properly - it would have been a lot simpler.

Fast efficient and easy website, I like it!
The website is weary to manage, even for a computer retard. I didn't have to keep going back because of mistakes or hidden required bits of ink that I'd missed, I would use Peak Nutrition again for that reason and also because they offer the Most competitive price.
