We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

paramount advisor so helpful booking our first cruise…
Being the first time booking a cruise and not having anyone to get advise from i needed to find a provider that would clearly explain options in an impartial manner whilst offering factual advise and the representative we booked with did just that. No pushing at all in fact she did not even recommend what to do she just explained clearly the options available with an explanation of benefits and failings of all allowing us to chose the option we decided was right for us. I came off the call not wondering if what i booked was right but looking forward to our departure in the next month. Highly recommend Andrea Silva from paramount who was a very patient advisor making our first cruise booking feel part of the actual holiday.
