Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

First booking with Paramount
Just made our first booking with Robin. We needed to make a few alterations to the advertised package which wasn't a problem and we are happy with the price paid. Robin was responsive to emails, called when he said he would and was a pleasure to speak to. Really enjoyed our chat and making the booking! Looking forward to our trip to Canada next year :-)

Rang to make a booking and spoke to Mo Abiola. Mo asked if I had any questions about the cruise I was interested in booking. Very friendly and knowledgable. Explained what would happen next and asked me to ring again if I needed to ask any more questions or had any difficulties. Professional, friendly and helpful service

Great experience of booking with Paramount Cruises
Great experience of booking with Paramount Cruises for our January holiday. The customer assistant Mo could not have been more helpful, he was a real delight to deal with. I now can’t wait for our holiday - hopes and expectations are very high after the service we have received so far. I will update in a few months!
