Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

Great company to book with
From my initial contact to booking the holiday Andreia was excellent . At no point did she push or rush us into booking. She explained everything very clearly and we felt totally at ease with paramount. She is a great ambassador for the company Cheers Les

Very prompt response
Very prompt response to our initial enquiry and subsequent questions about booking a cruise for a group of 4 (2 cabins). Spoke to Andreia who was able to book our cruise, gave us all relevant information and details, quickly provided documentation via email to confirm and made amendments where there was a minor discrepancy in booking details. Very happy with service and looking forward to our holiday.
