Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

Rob talked me through everything I needed to know, he explained and answered all of my questions, he was very helpful, courteous and kind. This is my first cruise, my sisters too, and it’s a big one. Rob has ensured we are going to make the most of this fantastic experience!

Fantastic Holiday Package booked through Paramount Cruises with Andreia
We have just embarked on a fantastic holiday with MSC, arranged through Paramount Cruises with the assistance of Andreia Silva. After thoroughly researching various travel agents, we found Paramount to offer the most competitive rates. Andreia has proven to be exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries we had. Our current 31-day cruise, spanning from Southampton to Abu Dhabi for the F1 finale, has been a very easy process. We absolutely recommend booking through Paramount for several reasons, starting with their pricing, significantly more affordable than booking directly through MSC and with the cheapest quotes (we received from 10 different agencies). Additionally, Andreia's quick, friendly and detailed communication, has made our booking process very smooth. As of now, we have reached our second destination in Spain, and so far has been a superb experience, we give Andreia and Paramount Cruises a perfect 10/10 rating overall.

Perfect Virgin Voyage Experience
Saw an incredible deal on Facebook for a Virgin Voyage with an insane amount of spend on board. Was a little hesitant to do all the dealings through WhatsApp, however, it was plain sailing. Everything booked smoothly, as soon as I saw everything in the VirginVoyage app I knew it had all been taken care of. Will 100% book through Paramount again!
