We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

An outstanding experience!
From the moment I contacted Paramount Cruises with my enquiry, I was astounded at the depth of care that Andreai gave to me.. Her personal interest and the effort she put in to answer my constant questions was outstanding, and I feel that she always went the extra mile to make my experience an enjoyable one with her attention to detail. I was never made to feel that I was asking too much ,and Andreai's pleasant attitude was so outstanding,which was the icing on the cake, and really contributed to me booking our amazing F1 mediterranean cruise . Booking our first AMA cruise
Robin was extremely helpful and even stayed way after he should have finished work to make sure that we got our cruise. There was a problem with AMA’s system and Robin persevered to ensure our booking went through. Above and beyond Robin, thank you so much. We are looking forward to our river cruise in August.

Tina was fantastic to deal with
Tina was fantastic to deal with from the first engagement right the way through to booking the holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the speed of responses was great. There were a lot of questions with a group booking and Tina provided all the support we needed. Looking forward to the holiday next year and we will certainly use Paramount again.
